The UPside Delivered is a brand founded by two licensed mental health professionals, Jenna Sumner, LPC, and Kristin McCormick, LCSW. Their aim is to provide children with coping skills through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). As therapists and educators, Jenna and Kristin recognized that children and teens are facing increased levels of stress and often lack the knowledge of managing it in healthy ways.

To address this, they created UPside Delivered boxes and products. Each box not only educates parents about the techniques used in CBT but also supplies practical tools that children can immediately use to manage their stress. Jenna and Kristin, both mothers themselves, understand the need for easily accessible and quality resources for families.

They are dedicated to providing evidence-based practices and exceptional resources to help families build healthy emotional habits.
