Scholars who complete the program receive a $1,000 Credential Achievement Award. Currently, there are enrolled scholars across the state preparing to enter or advance in the workforce.

Virginia Ready has invested $5. 5 million in Virginians, awarding them the Credential Achievement Award upon program completion. Through employer engagement, Virginia Ready creates more opportunities for scholars to find family-sustaining employment.
