Founded by Stuart Kirton, who began curing meat in his parents' Ontario home, VDG Salumi has grown from a charcuterie business in an old wine cellar to a thriving company with a 3000 square feet facility. We take pride in our commitment to quality and authenticity, using traditional techniques learned firsthand in Italy. Our products include a variety of deli skus, grab & go skus, boxed salami skus, pair packs, and sliced packages.

We are available in over 100 retailers and 500 restaurants in Alberta, and our growth continues.
