Victoria Hospice is a trusted provider of palliative care and bereavement support. At our 18-bed Inpatient Unit at the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, we provide specialized care with a focus on comfort for patients and support for their families. We also provide care in the community through our Palliative Response Team, offering crisis consultation and treatment 24/7. Bereavement services are an important part of our work, providing counseling to anyone in the community who is suffering loss, regardless of their connection to Victoria Hospice.

Thanks to generous support, our bereavement team is able to offer counseling to individuals, groups, and families. Volunteers play an essential role in our success, providing companionship and support to patients and families, assisting with fundraising events, and contributing to research efforts. By engaging in education, training, and research, we strive to advance the field of palliative care and develop evidence-based clinical practices.
