Village Ministries International (VMI) is a non-denominational evangelical ministry that is committed to reaching out to the underserved communities in villages across the globe. The organization was founded in 1990, initially starting as Africa Village Missions, after a life-changing encounter with a cassette tape purchased on the black market in West Africa. Upon hearing the gospel message and receiving in-depth Bible teaching, a parent organization, Village Ministries International, was established.

VMI is comprised of a diverse group of individuals, including prayer partners, donors, volunteers, staff, and missionaries. Together, they share a common mission of taking simple steps towards building God's kingdom.
