The Villanovan is the official student newspaper of Villanova University. Established in 1916, it has become the trusted source of news and information for the university community. The Villanovan covers a broad range of topics, including news, culture, sports, and opinion pieces.

While the content is the responsibility of the editors and the editorial board, it does not necessarily reflect the views of the university administration, faculty, and students, unless expressly stated. In addition to its regular issues, The Villanovan also produces two special edition publications each year. These include a new student orientation magazine and a basketball preview magazine.

With an average weekly circulation of over 1,500 physical copies, The Villanovan reaches a wide audience on campus.
