Vocational Visions, located in Mission Viejo, CA, is a non-profit agency dedicated to enhancing the community by developing the talents of adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Their mission is to create pathways to employment, lifelong learning, and social inclusion. With a history dating back to 1974, Vocational Visions has grown significantly and now serves over 400 individuals annually.

Through their comprehensive programs, Vocational Visions offers vocational and life skills training, as well as support services for adults with intellectual/developmental and other disabilities. These programs include the Adult Development Program, Day Training Activity Center (Alambre and Pala), Emeritus Program, Health Related Services Program, Supported Employment Program, and House of Champions Clubhouse Program. Vocational Visions is committed to maximizing the quality of life for their participants by increasing their functionality vocationally, economically, and socially.

They are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF International) and are partially funded by the Regional Center of Orange County and the California Department of Rehabilitation.
