The Community Foundation of Louisville is an organization dedicated to supporting and promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in the Louisville region. They offer the Vogt Invention & Innovation Awards, a prestigious program that provides early-stage businesses with the opportunity to take their businesses to the next level. Winners of the Vogt Awards receive a non-dilutive grant of $25,000, participation in a 10-week startup accelerator program, coaching, mentorship, strategic introductions, and recognition.

Unlike other accelerator programs, participants retain full ownership of their businesses. The Vogt Awards have a strong commitment to diversity, with the majority of last year's cohort being minority/founders of color and women-founded. Established in 1999, the Vogt Awards are supported by the Vogt Invention & Innovation Fund, an endowment created by Henry V.
