They will move in with a host home family and share in their daily activities and responsibilities, receiving the support they need. We also offer Individualized Supported Living, providing personalized assistance to help individuals lead more meaningful and purposeful lives. Our team works closely with each person to develop an individualized support plan.

Our Excel Day Program is a safe and welcoming space where individuals can be themselves, make friends, and explore new experiences. We focus on building meaningful relationships and lifelong friendships. Additionally, we provide WORKS Employment Services, Out-of-Home Respite care, and Medical ISL (Individualized Supported Living) for medically fragile individuals.
