As a brand, we are dedicated to strengthening the roots of community life through educational and cultural programs that inspire civic participation and individual imagination. For over 50 years, we have been fostering connections and understanding among people of all backgrounds and beliefs throughout the state.

Our programs are designed to highlight contemporary issues and showcase extraordinary individuals who contribute to the rich fabric of Wisconsin. We also offer grant opportunities to support locally-initiated public humanities programs that promote reflection, dialogue, and civic participation.
