The Wisconsin RtI Center is dedicated to supporting educational systems in building capacity, implementing high-quality practices, and making informed decisions to increase success for all students. With a focus on behavior, the center provides professional development and technical assistance to help schools establish equitable, multi-level systems of supports. By integrating academics and behavior achievement, the center recommends the implementation of an integrated system that ensures the success of every student.

Their vision is for all Wisconsin students to learn and be successful in life, and their mission is to build the capacity of Wisconsin schools to develop and sustain such a system. The center collaborates with the Cooperative Educational Service Agency (CESA) Statewide Network and the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) to achieve its goals. By offering statewide training and resources, the Wisconsin RtI Center is empowering schools to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
