WISE & Healthy Aging is a nonprofit social services organization based in Santa Monica, California. It was formed in November 2007 through the merger of WISE Senior Services and Center for Healthy Aging. With a combined experience of over three decades, both organizations had earned national reputations for their innovative and effective programs and services.

WISE & Healthy Aging is committed to serving the community, particularly the Los Angeles Westside and the surrounding areas in the City and County of Los Angeles. Their mission is to promote healthy aging and enhance the well-being of older adults. The organization offers a wide range of services, including the Adult Day Service Center, care management, caregiver resources, Club WISE, community resources, elder abuse prevention, peer counseling, long-term care ombudsman, transportation, and the WISE Diner program.

They also organize various adventures for seniors, such as local one-day trips, multi-day US trips, and international trips.
