About
Description
WJCC Community Action Agency's Head Start program is dedicated to helping young children from low-income families thrive academically. With services tailored to children aged 3 to 5, they provide comprehensive support in early learning and development, health, and family well-being. The program prioritizes family involvement, recognizing parents as their child's first and most influential teacher.
Head Start services are entirely free for eligible families who meet the federal low-income guidelines or receive public assistance. Additionally, children in foster care, children who are homeless, and children with disabilities are also eligible. WJCC-CAA Head Start aims to provide high-quality services in safe and healthy settings that effectively prepare children for school and life.
By building strong relationships with families, promoting physical activity and nutrition, and providing parenting support, this program empowers children and families in their journey towards success. If you are interested in enrolling your child, you can fill out the registration form on their website and a Family Services specialist will reach out to you
