Women & Family Life Center is a nonprofit organization located in Guilford, CT, dedicated to serving women and families on the Connecticut Shoreline since 1991. Our mission is to provide support, education, and community to individuals facing various challenges in life, such as losing their homes, going through divorce, leaving abusive relationships, struggling with mental health, or seeking employment. At Women & Family Life Center, we offer a range of services to empower individuals to rebuild their lives and regain confidence.

Our programs include financial consultations, where you can work with a volunteer Financial Coach to create an action plan for resolving financial situations and gaining economic independence. We also provide guided assistance through our team of social workers, who can connect you with community resources spanning crisis services, mental health support, legal guidance, and more. Additionally, we offer Lawyer Time appointments for one-on-one discussions with attorneys to address legal questions related to civil, divorce, custody, or other matters.
