Women Emerging is a dynamic and separate force within the Common Purpose Charitable Trust, focused entirely on empowering women and fostering women's leadership. It was born out of the isolation experienced during the pandemic, becoming a movement to address the longstanding silencing of women worldwide. Women Emerging aims to redefine leadership to resonate with women, encouraging more women to step into leadership roles.

As the organization expanded, it evolved into a global community, offering various programs and initiatives. The Women Emerging from Isolation series, initially released on LinkedIn, quickly became popular among women all over the world. Additionally, Women Emerging launched CQ4WOMEN, a monthly online program that delves into the concept of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) to enhance women's collaboration.

Another initiative, WeConvene, empowers women who convene other women to share ideas, support one another, and drive change. In 2022, Women Emerging embarked on the Women Emerging Expedition, a year-long journey involving 24 women from diverse backgrounds exploring different approaches to leadership. The culmination of the expedition will be the gathering of these 24 members in Bellagio, Italy, in 2023, where they will capture and share their findings on women-centric leadership with women across the world.
