Women in Animation (WIA), formerly known as Women in Animation, is a non-profit advocacy group that was established in 1995. Its primary goal is to support women working in the field of animation by providing community-building and professional networking opportunities. Over the years, WIA has expanded its mission to include support for female-identifying and non-binary individuals, with a current membership of over 5,500 people worldwide.

WIA offers a range of programs and services to its members, including mentorship opportunities, career resource centers, a job board, and a talent database. Their Mentorship Program provides one-on-one mentorship, as well as mentor circles, while the Leadership Institute focuses on developing leadership skills. Additionally, WIA maintains a Legacy & Archives section, featuring spotlight stories, member snapshots, podcast interviews, and recorded histories.
