Our team, with extensive training in leading research laboratories, combines expertise in drug discovery, crystallography, structural biochemistry, and the biology of DNA-binding and DNA repair proteins. The compounds we develop can be utilized in multiple modalities, including monotherapy, synthetic lethality, targeted-protein degradation, and combinatorial therapy with other genotoxins and cytostatics.
