Youth Employment Service (YES) has been dedicated to helping young people kickstart their work lives since 1970. With a mission to teach youth and young adults, aged 16-24, the necessary skills to secure and maintain meaningful employment, YES offers a range of programs and services designed to improve employability, career choices, and overall quality of life. YES serves as a vital link between young adults seeking employment and the local business community in need of capable and enthusiastic employees.

Over the past fifty years, YES has served over 50,000 local youth, providing curriculum-based services at no cost. Normally, YES delivers its programs in a welcoming and accessible environment at its office in Santa Ana, as well as onsite at schools and nonprofit organizations. However, due to the current circumstances, all programs are currently being offered online via Zoom.
