The Youth Leadership Association (YLA) is a prominent organization dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in Ohio and West Virginia. With a rich history dating back over a century, YLA offers a range of programs and opportunities for young people to develop their leadership, character, service, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy skills. Through our local YLA Chapters, we provide engaging programs such as the Fall Conference, Youth & Government Seminars, Model United Nations, and Youth in Government Camps.

Additionally, we offer Camp Horseshoe, a permanent camping site, where young individuals can serve with AmeriCorps. At YLA, we believe in helping youth achieve their full potential. Our mission is to empower young individuals by nurturing their leadership and citizenship skills through character-building programs.
