YnNi Teg Cyfyngedig (Fair Energy ltd) is a registered society with the Financial Conduct Authority, operating as a Community Benefit Society. As a social enterprise, YnNi Teg can trade as a profit-making company, but its profits must be used to provide tangible community benefits.
