We were formerly part of NHS Kingston and now deliver services to residents in Kingston, as well as Learning Disability services in Richmond. As a Community Interest Company (CIC), any surplus or profit we generate is reinvested into front-line services for our community.

We offer a wide range of healthcare services, including District Nursing, Health Visiting, School Nursing, Rehabilitation, Rapid Response, Continence, Respiratory, Tissue Viability & Leg Ulcer service, Integrated Care, Neurodevelopmental, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and Speech & Language provision. In addition, our social care community services encompass Reablement & Home Care, as well as the Shared Lives Scheme (formerly Adult Placement Scheme). As part of the NHS family, we share the same ethos and our staff enjoy comparable terms and conditions.
