Youth180 is a well-established brand in Dallas with a 39-year history of helping community members overcome mental health and substance use disorders. We are dedicated to providing quality programs that cater to the needs of vulnerable youth and their families. Our journey began in 1983 when a group of motivated civic leaders came together at The Dallas Challenge to address the growing issue of adolescent drug and alcohol use.

This led to the formation of a task force, which eventually became the non-profit agency Dallas Challenge, Inc. In 2017, we changed our name to Youth180, Inc. At Youth180, we believe in a holistic approach to treating young people and their families.

We focus on identifying and addressing underlying issues and trauma that contribute to substance use. As one of the few licensed adolescent outpatient treatment centers in Dallas, we offer trauma-responsive counseling, prevention, intervention, and education services. Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is at the core of our values.

We serve all youth and their families, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or financial status. We actively promote racial equity within our organization and through our programs and services.
