Wix is a brand that offers a wide range of products and services to help individuals and businesses create professional-looking websites. With a mission to serve young adults in breaking the cycle of generational poverty in Denver communities, the Youth Employment Academy (YEA) was established in 2007 to provide specific opportunities in education and employment for low-income youth. Partnering with various agencies, YEA guided underserved youth to graduate from high school, earn industry-specific certificates, receive hands-on job training, and become employed.

Recognizing the need for skills and job training in specific demand-driven industries, YEA developed industry-specific academies such as the Pre-Professional Occupations in Healthcare Academy, Culinary Academy, Customer Service Academy, and Advanced Manufacturing/Engineering Academy. The organization also provides intensive mentoring, paid work internships, and job coaching to address the various challenges faced by youth. In addition to its programming, YEA has expanded its social enterprises to include the Osage Café, a healthy and affordable restaurant, and Decatur Fresh, a grocery market and workforce training program.

Through their dedication and support, YEA has helped countless young adults gain personal and economic stability by empowering them with education and employment opportunities
