Youthnet is a nonprofit and foster care support agency that is dedicated to providing caring and supportive social and educational services for children, youth, and families to help them grow, heal, and attain productive and successful lives. Their foster care programs are designed to license foster homes, match children with these loving families, and provide ongoing support services. They offer a range of programs and services, including therapeutic foster care, foster care information meetings, foster parent training, and current foster parent resources.

Additionally, Youthnet provides family preservation services, independent and transitional living skills programs, and El Sol Nace para Todos, which offers classes and resources for the Skagit County Hispanic community. By walking alongside all individuals involved in fostering love, Youthnet strives to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families in 14 Western Washington counties
