Zhangjiagang Freetrade Science & Technology Group, also known as Freetrade, is the first publicly listed company in Zhangjiagang City, China. Listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with the stock code 600794, it is commonly referred to as Freetrade. Originally established as Yunnan Dali Paper Co., Ltd., the company went public in March 1997.

In June 1999, Freetrade merged with Zhangjiagang Bonded Zone and began its acquisition plan. After a successful rights issue in 2001, Freetrade shifted its main business focus to ports, terminals, and logistics. In July 2009, the company relocated to Zhangjiagang Bonded Zone in Jiangsu province and changed its name to Zhangjiagang Freetrade Science & Technology Co., Ltd.

As the company expanded, it was rebranded as Zhangjiagang Freetrade Science & Technology Group in 2017.
