Shanghai Aosheng Settlement Services Platform is a one-stop information and advisory service for people seeking to understand residence permit points and household registration options in Shanghai. Operating through its website, 01job.cn, the platform helps users explore eligibility, compare application pathways and plan the documentation and steps involved. Its resources cover Shanghai residence permits, points applications, settlement policies, social insurance considerations and education access for children of non-local residents.

Visitors can use a points simulation calculator, complete a settlement eligibility self-assessment, and download commonly used forms and checklists. The site also provides process guides, policy updates, practical articles and information on routes including transfer from residence permit to permanent household registration, talent recruitment, overseas graduates, recent university graduates, entrepreneurship and investment, and family sponsorship. For users who need individual guidance, the platform offers access to planning advisers who answer questions about permits, points, social insurance and settlement options. It also publishes information on school enrollment, entrance examinations and related policies for non-local families.
