Frequently asked questions
Your questions, answered
What is Brandfetch MCP?
An MCP server that gives your AI assistant direct access to Brandfetch's brand data. It allows an assistant to retrieve logos, colors, fonts, and company information for 50million+ brands without requiring custom API integration.
Which AI tools work with it?
Any tool that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol), including Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Codex, Gemini and Windsurf. Setup instructions for supported clients are available in the documentation.
Can my AI create on-brand content?
Yes. An assistant connected to Brandfetch MCP can retrieve a brand's logos, colors, typography, and positioning, then apply them directly when generating deck, styling a landing page, or writing copy that matches the brand's voice.
What data does it return?
Logos, icons, and symbols in multiple formats; brand colors; fonts; company details like industry, location, and social links; plus LLM-ready brand context covering voice, audience, and positioning. You can look brands up by domain, ticker, ISIN or crypto symbol.
How accurate is the data?
Brandfetch covers more than 50 million brands, sourced first-party rather than scraped; logos and colors as each company publishes them. Requests query the live index in real time, so updates show up immediately rather than sitting in a cache. To report a brand easily, you can request an update.
What does it cost?
Each MCP tool maps to a Brandfetch API endpoint and counts against your existing quota, so there is nothing new to license. The free tier includes 100 requests per month, self-serve plans go up to 10,000, and enterprise covers anything beyond that.
Can I ship this inside my own product’s AI?
Yes. Teams ship brand-aware forms, decks and onboarding this way. For volume pricing and SLA, talk to us.
