0boy is an online community for public health doctors in South Korea, serving medical, dental, and traditional Korean medicine physicians. The site brings together practical guidance and peer discussion to support members during their public health service. Its public information includes advice on preparing for training camp, workplace assignments, county and district selection, and life in assigned housing. Articles cover topics such as required supplies, training routines, assignment schedules, regional placement procedures, heating costs, winter preparations, and pest prevention.

0boy also offers a salary and annual pay calculator that estimates compensation based on service year and allowances. After joining and completing eligibility verification, members can access a community space to exchange workplace reviews, service and lifestyle information, and experiences related to allowances and housing. The forum also supports discussion with peers about personal finance, taxation, labor matters, and opening a medical practice. Registration requires users to submit an image of a public health doctor career certificate from e-Health after entering membership information and agreeing to the terms.
