Zero Gravity Science Fiction is an online community and literary platform devoted to science fiction. It brings together readers and writers through a library organized into 18 genres, including hard science fiction, artificial intelligence, space opera, cyberpunk, dystopian fiction, time travel, alien civilizations, and stories blending science fiction with romance or Eastern fantasy. The site also publishes science news and educational material, submission guides, reviews, interviews, community histories, videos, and personal reflections on the genre.

A central feature is the Zero Gravity Cup, a recurring short science fiction writing contest. Visitors can read current and past entries, explore contest themes and author introductions, leave or browse reader comments, follow voting and results, and search submissions by title, pen name, or edition. Editorial selections, popular and highly rated stories, new releases, author rankings, and discussion features help readers discover work across the library. For aspiring writers, the site also offers Mozhai, an online writing assistant with six AI creative partners to help develop openings, revise prose, and review manuscripts before submission.
