They achieve this through the testimonies of successful entrepreneurs in schools. Their mission is to transmit the culture of entrepreneurship and inspire young individuals to become entrepreneurs themselves.

Through their programs and initiatives, 100 000 Entrepreneurs offers various services to support and guide young people on their entrepreneurial journey. They provide classroom interventions, where entrepreneurs volunteer their time to share their experiences and insights with students. These interventions help young individuals develop a positive outlook on the world of work and discover the possibilities within entrepreneurship.

The association also focuses on promoting equality of opportunities by reaching out to young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods. They foster a vision of entrepreneurship that is inclusive and supportive of women entrepreneurs. Since 2007, over 742,714 young people have benefited from the association's interventions, which are conducted in partnership with the Ministry of National Education.
