100 Seeds of Joy is a community initiative of the Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network in Halton, offering free meditation classes, workshops and events in Burlington, Oakville and online. Its programs introduce people of different ages and backgrounds to meditation, inner peace and self-realization through accessible, guided experiences. Participants can join in-person or online sessions, or invite the team to co-host a workshop at a workplace, school, community group or other organization. The team helps tailor each workshop to the group’s interests.

Activities include outdoor nature meditations, children’s workshops, music and meditation with the Indian bansuri flute, Earth Circle sessions, and multi-part programs exploring the subtle spiritual system. Interactive offerings such as Cooking with Love and Vibrations provide additional ways to explore meditation and personal growth. 100 Seeds of Joy also hosts community festivals and youth initiatives, and shares information about past events, upcoming activities and participant experiences. Volunteers and community partners help bring these free programs to the public, with the initiative inviting people to participate or become “Seeds of Joy” cultivators by helping host events.
