100VOF

100 Voices of Florida is a grant initiative founded by Floridian sisters to create more opportunities for filmmakers and celebrate the range of stories and perspectives found across the state. The program welcomes storytellers from different backgrounds, experience levels, genres, and communities, including documentary filmmakers and applicants whose stories are in languages other than English. Applications must be submitted in English.

Selected storytellers can receive an unrestricted grant of up to $5,000, which may be used for expenses such as production, festival submission fees, finishing costs, or cast and crew reimbursements. Recipients also receive a meeting with an industry professional and a one-on-one career coaching session tailored to their needs. Applicants must be at least 18 and submit story information, a proposed use for the grant, and any supporting materials. Application fees apply, and creative teams may apply, though the grant goes to one entrant. The initiative does not retain rights to submitted stories.
