Welcome to the Burlington Chapter of 100 Women Who Care. We are bringing together women who care about the Burlington community, it’s people and causes and who are committed to community service. 100 Women Who Care is a concept that’s been taking root in many communities across North America and now it’s coming to life in Burlington, ON. The concept is very simple – 100 women (or more), $100 each (or more if you choose), 1 hour meetings 4 times per year. The goal is for 100 Women Who Car group of women with an interest in supporting valuable local charitable organizations and the work they do in the Burlington area. Members are asked to commit to donating $100 per meeting four times a year. New Members are always Welcomed!

About 100 Women Who Care Burlington
Care group raised over $10,000 for a local charity. Inspired by this success, the concept quickly spread and now there are over 800 groups worldwide, including the 100 Women Who Care Burlington.
The goal of 100 Women Who Care Burlington is to make a significant impact on the local community. Members commit to donating $100 (or $50 for those under 30) four times per year to a registered charity selected by the members. During quarterly meetings, short pitches about three charitable organizations serving Burlington/Halton are heard, and a vote is taken to determine which charity will receive the pooled donations. This generosity can result in a $10,000 impact for a single charity in just one evening.
To become a member, complete the Member Commitment Form. Membership options include individual and team memberships, with different donation amounts based on age and team size. Active members can nominate registered charities for consideration, following specific criteria. Charitable organizations must serve Burlington/Halton residents, be a registered charity, and have a minimum of 12 months of operation.
All donations made are tax-deductible, as they go directly to the chosen charitable organization. 100 Women Who Care Burlington is a volunteer-driven organization, and 100% of the donations received are given directly to the selected charities.
