**Ten Thousand Fathers & Mothers (10KFAM)** is a transformative organization dedicated to nurturing and empowering worship leaders, aimed at shaping the future of the church. Based in Colorado Springs, 10KFAM offers a fully accredited 18-month Worship School program that immerses participants in a journey of discipleship, accountability, and personal growth. This intentional program focuses on developing not only musical talent but also character, fostering spiritual leaders who can effectively guide congregations in worship.
With over 500 graduates currently serving in nearly 20 countries, alumni are impacting the lives of more than a quarter of a million worshippers worldwide each weekend. 10KFAM emphasizes character and community building within worship teams, producing leaders who inspire both their immediate groups and the broader church family. The next Worship School track begins on May 5-9, 2025, inviting those passionate about worship to apply and join this vibrant community committed to faith and artistic expression
