About 11Sportevents
DEICH 11 ACADEMY is a youth football development initiative focused on helping children and teenagers grow as players and individuals. Built on the belief that talent can emerge anywhere, it aims to make football opportunities more accessible, regardless of a young person’s background, financial circumstances or club affiliation. Its approach emphasizes long-term development rather than early selection, combining professional coaching with enjoyment, structure and responsibility.
The academy offers DEICH 11 Football Camps as an accessible introduction to the sport, giving participants opportunities to enjoy movement, learn football skills and experience teamwork. For players seeking more focused development, DEICH 11 Elite Camps provide individual support, mentoring and a structured pathway for improvement. The program also promotes personal and social growth, including confidence, commitment and cooperation, both on and off the pitch.
The initiative is supported by 11Sportevents GmbH & Co. KG, DeichStube and former professional football coach Alexander Nouri. Together, they bring operational and sports education expertise, media reach and professional football experience to the academy’s work with young players, families, clubs and partners.
