12DW Properties is a relocation and corporate accommodation agency serving landlords and professional tenants in London and surrounding areas. It specialises in housing employees working at the local hospital and Gatwick Airport, as well as business travellers and workforce clients seeking temporary accommodation. The company offers landlords a hands-off rent-to-rent arrangement, with guaranteed rental income for contracts of three to five years and no void periods, setup fees, commissions, or recurring service charges, according to its website.

12DW Properties manages the process from property leasing and preparation through furnishing, maintenance, guest services, and occupancy. Its accommodation includes high-quality shared houses and fully serviced, equipped properties for short- and long-term stays. Landlords may also receive complimentary cosmetic upgrades and furnishings, subject to the company’s stated terms. The agency handles repairs and ongoing property care during the contract, aiming to reduce the work involved in letting. Founded by Adam Lang, who brings 25 years of corporate travel industry experience, 12DW Properties focuses on customer service for both property owners and accommodation guests.
