12IMG is a client gallery and workflow platform designed for photographers, bringing photo delivery and client business tools together in one place. Photographers can upload images, choose a gallery style, and share a single link that clients can open on a phone or laptop without an app or account. Galleries can be password-protected, and clients can view photographs, mark favorites for proofing, and download delivered files in full resolution. Photographers receive alerts when clients open galleries or download photos.
Beyond galleries, 12IMG offers client portals, browser-based contracts, invoicing, file transfers, digital sales, video delivery, and tools to export original photos and client records. The portal can bring a gallery, contract, and invoice together behind one private link. Plans range from a free option with limited galleries and storage to paid Starter and Pro subscriptions, with features such as contracts, invoicing, custom gallery domains, white-label delivery, and video depending on the plan. Photographers can start free, and clients do not need an account to access shared galleries.
