12 Lodge

12 Lodge Wellness is a planned private residential addiction treatment and recovery program for men, located in a waterfront residence on Ottawa’s Rideau River. Opening in 2027, the ten-person setting will offer private and shared suites and individualized care within a small, all-male community.

At the centre of the program is the original 12 Lodge Method, a 42-day curriculum built around Reset, Balance and Wellness. Group learning, four books, reflection and everyday practice are combined with at least three individual counselling sessions per resident each week. Each resident receives a personalized treatment and recovery plan shaped by their needs, goals and progress.

The program also includes two Connection Stays, offering private time with loved ones alongside pre-agreed observation and feedback from an outside therapist. After successful completion, residents receive structured aftercare, including therapy sessions with an approved outside practitioner, monthly continuation sessions with a Lodge counsellor, online groups and lifetime digital Haven access.
