13 Orchi Softair A.P.S. is a softair association based in the Novara area of Italy, founded in 2010. Built around a community of more than 80 members, the group prioritizes enjoyment, fair play and friendship, welcoming beginners as well as experienced players. Its activities take place on two woodland fields in Gattico and Varallo Pombia, with Sunday games typically running from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Members can join regular games, scenario-based sessions and milsim events, where changing objectives, missions and tactical decisions shape the experience. The association also organizes tournaments, including Economic and Mercenary Strategy, and takes part in events across Italy. Beyond games, members meet for social activities, dinners and evenings together.
For those who want to develop their skills, the annual Orco Scelto course covers movement in pairs and patrols, radio and gesture communication, compass use and map reading, concluding with a tournament-style assessment. Newcomers can arrange a trial game, receive a safety briefing and, if needed, borrow equipment. Annual membership costs €70 and includes insurance.
