144 BJJ is a local, veteran-owned Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym serving Dinwiddie, Virginia, with martial arts training for adults, teens, and children. The gym welcomes beginners as well as experienced students, emphasizing practical skills, fitness, discipline, confidence, and a supportive community. Its programs include adult and youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, gi and no-gi classes, wrestling, and women’s-only BJJ. A weekly schedule offers sessions on weekdays and weekends, with classes for different age groups and experience levels.

New students can book a complimentary introductory session to tour the facility, meet the coaches, discuss their goals, and explore whether the gym is a good fit. Coaching is intended to accommodate different fitness levels, so prospective members do not need to be in shape before starting. 144 BJJ presents itself as a welcoming, family-oriented training environment where members encourage one another while developing their skills. Alongside martial arts instruction, classes provide a structured way to build strength, flexibility, endurance, focus, and self-defense ability.
