168 Muay Thai is a Muay Thai training gym located at 42 Futura Road in Keysborough, Victoria, serving the south-east Melbourne community. It welcomes complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners, offering a supportive, energetic environment for people who want to improve fitness, build confidence, learn self-defence or prepare to compete.
The gym runs classes for different skill levels, including beginner sessions and programs for children and teenagers. Kids and Cubs classes are offered during the week and on Saturdays, while teenagers aged 13 to 18 can access a one-week free trial. Women’s-only morning classes and casual passes are also available. For more individual coaching, selected trainers offer private sessions seven days a week, including one-to-one, two-to-one and group training with head coach Taksinlek.
168 Muay Thai also supports members’ development through sparring days and controlled interclub opportunities for eligible advanced students. Its community activities and shared standards help foster a welcoming, respectful training culture.
