The Taste Collective, presented by 1800 Tequila, is a platform created to help bartenders explore their individual palates and use those insights to develop better drinks. Developed with PhDs and industry experts, it offers personal taste analysis alongside educational content and opportunities to connect with the bartending community. Its master classes feature leading industry experts sharing new perspectives on flavor and great taste.
The platform also hosts events, including stops in Atlanta, Denver, Las Vegas, and Houston, where local bartenders can experience its taste analysis. Through its City Guides, experts travel across the United States to explore how Mexican-American culture influences taste and appears in different cities. Together, these offerings aim to support creativity, learning, and connection in bartending.
Visitors can explore the guides and classes, learn about events, and join the community through the site. The Taste Collective is associated with 1800 Tequila, a tequila brand, and is intended for people of legal drinking age
