1900 Pizzeria is a São Paulo-based restaurant and delivery brand specializing in handcrafted, wood-fired pizza. Founded in 1983 in Vila Mariana by Giovanni Momo, the pizzeria grew from his family’s love of pizza into a business with 10 locations offering dine-in service and delivery, plus four locations dedicated to orders. Its pizzas are served in three styles: Paulistana, a light, crisp traditional São Paulo pizza available with traditional, whole-wheat, or gluten-free dough and up to three flavors; In Pala, made with specialty Italian wheat, long fermentation, and a crisp exterior with a soft interior; and Napoletana, featuring a tender crust with raised edges and light toppings.
The brand has been named among the world’s 50 best artisan pizzeria chains by 50 Top Pizza in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, and received Folha de S.
