1cc Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on providing emergency and critical care for sick and injured children in South and Southern Africa. To achieve this, they operate out of bases in Johannesburg, Gauteng Province, and Cape Town, Western Cape, offering air ambulance services with both helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft.

In addition to their emergency and critical care services, 1cc Foundation also aims to develop a telemetric communication and outreach network between pediatric academia and rural hospital clinicians. They conduct research and publish on critical care retrieval activities and outcomes using scientifically relevant systems and procedures.
