Starting with medium format cameras and transitioning into the digital era, Doug has continuously developed his skills and expertise. Always staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in cameras, film, and techniques, Doug quickly embraced digital imaging and became an early adopter of Corel draw and Photoshop. He mastered event photography, green screen usage, and on-site printing, building a wide and loyal client base.

Recognizing the demand for photographers to go beyond simply capturing moments, Doug teamed up with his longtime friend Martin van der Roest to create fotoShout. This innovative concept allows event images to be seamlessly integrated into the social media stream.
