The 1 in 3 Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, philanthropic organization dedicated to supporting women who are adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and sexual assault. Our mission is to provide recovery tools, healing resources, fellowship, and support to empower and educate these survivors. Founded by a survivor of sexual abuse and assault, we understand the importance of addressing the healing journey at different stages of life.

We offer a range of resources, tools, and support systems to help survivors cope with the daily emotional and physical demands they face. Our programs include counseling, advocacy, and comprehensive healing to promote transformation. We also focus on addiction recovery, as self-medication is a common coping mechanism for survivors.
