About Doeren Mayhew
1RDG is the ultimate financial center that caters to all your business needs. Established in 2005, our firm offers a comprehensive range of services including management, compliance, advisory, and strategic planning. We collaborate with you to craft personalized financial strategies that align perfectly with your long-term objectives.
Founded by John Rizzo and Brian DiGiacco, our journey began as a boutique accounting service for small-to-medium-sized businesses in Central New York. Over the years, we have expanded our team and services, evolving into RDG+Partners. We take pride in our community involvement through the RDG Foundation, supporting organizations aiding children and families.
Joining our team means embracing a hard-working culture with health and wellness benefits, 401K matching, in-house gym, and flexible hours. At 1RDG, we are committed to your success and the growth of Upstate New York businesses.
