2 Bears 5K

The 2 Bears 5K is a participatory running and entertainment event hosted by comedians Bert Kreischer and Tom Segura, bringing fans, friends, and celebrity guests together for an untimed, no-pressure 5K. Inspired by a challenge shared on their podcast, 2 Bears, 1 Cave, the event combines running, comedy, community, and a lively post-race celebration. Participants can run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, with no official timing or performance expectations.

The next event is scheduled for April 10, 2027, in Nashville, Tennessee; the venue is yet to be announced. Runner registration includes a finisher medal, event shirt, headband, post-race beer, Por Osos samples, and access to the post-race festival. Spectator tickets also provide access to the celebration and include a complimentary beer.

The event offers ways to get involved through volunteering, sponsorships, partnerships, vendor participation, media, and other support. Its website also features event recaps, FAQs, registration information, and content connected to the podcast. The 2 Bears 5K is presented with partners including Por Osos Vodka and Spartan
