2k11 Technical Help is the independent consulting and engineering practice of Pieter Fourie, a qualified mechanical engineer based in Heidelberg, Western Cape, South Africa. Drawing on more than 40 years of hands-on industrial experience, the business provides remote and on-site technical services for farms, rural properties, small businesses, and other clients. Pieter works directly with customers, without agency overhead or junior-staff handoffs.

Services span Linux infrastructure and server administration, mail-stack hardening, and website and server migrations, including dedicated migration support for USA clients. The practice also offers precision fabrication using CNC routing, laser cutting, and 3D printing for custom parts, signage, prototypes, and small production runs. Drone and UAV services include repair, fleet maintenance, RC aircraft kits, and agricultural platforms for spraying and mapping.

For rural and agricultural customers, the wider network offers farm machinery trading, managed push-to-talk radio networks, tractor autosteer kits, cold-room and packhouse temperature monitoring, and independent infrastructure audits covering systems such as solar, boreholes, and septic installations.
