3-Dees Kindercoaching helps children and families work toward greater balance at home. Led by Desiree, the practice offers accessible, practical support for children going through a difficult period and for parents seeking guidance. Sessions take place in the family’s familiar home environment, where Desiree works with children and parents to explore concerns and find ways to manage everyday situations.

The coaching supports a range of challenges, including sadness, fear, anger, uncertainty, low self-esteem, performance anxiety and feeling overwhelmed or unable to concentrate. Rather than focusing only on what is going wrong, the approach aims to understand each child’s needs and consider practical ways to prevent or address difficult situations. Play and conversation tools, such as games and cards, can help children express what is troubling them at their own pace.

Based in Berkel-Enschot, 3-Dees provides both child coaching and parent coaching, with information also available for professionals making referrals. Its goal is to help children and families feel more at ease and regain a better sense of balance together.
